Execution by the management team....such as does it routinely hit it's goals on time....obviously the reputation of the management team is also important they may see something you don't and if they have made a shitload of money doing this already I maybe missing something....I also look at the technology and try to visualize the practical use of it....I avoid what I have no understanding of
Yes following through amd meeting deadlines and such shows that the team takes the project seriously....I also look for experience in the field that the project is about, amd yes things I dont understand....I could not begin to judge if I'm clueless about the subject!

DLive seems to load very slow and plays very glitchy I can play your Dtube videos easy but the DLive one doesnt play
