Sitting with Friends

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
How are my dear friends doing? I pray that you are all in good health and able to carry out your activities as usual. Today, I met a friend who had just been transferred to a new job, took my younger sibling to the airport, cleaned the bird cage, and enjoyed ice cream at Mixue.

SIM Airport

In the morning, I had a special plan to go to Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport (SIM) to take my sister back to Jakarta. Preparations at home started early in the morning and lasted until 10 a.m. The flight was scheduled to depart at 12:00 p.m. However, upon arrival, the flight was delayed until 2:00 p.m., so my family and I ate fried bananas until 2:00 p.m.

Chocolate Coffee

After arriving at the airport, I had already made plans to meet up with a friend. We sat at the SMEA Premium coffee shop. I ordered a chocolate drink. This chocolate coffee menu is rarely found in coffee shops in Banda Aceh. After the drink arrived, I immediately tasted it, feeling a slight warmth on my tongue. I met with my friend to ask about the process of transferring jobs. I also really wanted to return to my hometown.

In the afternoon, I played with my father's pet bird. There used to be two birds in the house, but the brown one died. Now there is only the yellow bird left. This bird has a very shrill and loud voice. Anyone who hears it will become addicted.

Mixue Ice Cream

That evening, my younger sister invited me to buy ice cream. Coincidentally, I hadn't enjoyed ice cream in a long time, so I immediately agreed. I ordered an ice cream called Strawberry Sunday. This ice cream is a mixture of vanilla milk and strawberries. After ordering the ice cream, I went home to eat with my parents.
