In the kingdom fungi many fungi are toxic and some mortals, this time I show the Panaeolus cinctulus a highly hallucinogenic fungus that has caused poisoning to grow along with other edible mushrooms, the Psilocybin present in this fungus is combined with other hallucinogenic alkaloids, Baeocystin , Norbaeocistina and Psilocina ... alter the mind and mood of those who ingest it, many of these alkaloids have a chemical structure very similar to Serotonin ... neurotransmitter responsible for the interaction of neurons, this is how these alter the mind for a high concentration of alkaloids present in the fungus, it should be noted that many hallucinogenic mushrooms do not have immediate effects after ingestion, many do so after 12 hours of ingested and the most dangerous days so it is difficult identify where these effects come from and they are usually the most deadly.

It is very important to be very careful when collecting fungi in nature for culinary or recreational purposes.

En el reino fungi muchos hongos son tóxicos y algunos mortales, en esta oportunidad les muestro al Panaeolus cinctulus un hongo altamente alucinógeno que ha causado intoxicaciones por crecer junto a otras setas comestibles, la Psilocibina presente en este hongo esta combinada con otros alcaloides alucinógenos, Baeocystin, Norbaeocistina y Psilocina... alteran la mente y el estado de ánimo de quien lo ingiere, muchos de estos alcaloides tienen una estructura química muy similar a la Serotonina... neurotransmisor responsable de la interacción de las neuronas, es así como estos alteran la mente por una elevada concentración de los alcaloides presentes en el hongo, cabe destacar que muchos hongos alucinógenos no presentan efectos inmediatos después de la ingestión, muchos lo hacen después de 12 horas de ingeridos y los más peligrosos a los días por lo cual es difícil identificar de donde provienen dichos efectos y suelen ser los más mortales.

Es muy importante tener mucha precaución al recolectar hongos en la naturaleza con fines culinarios o recreativos.
