Ingredients
250 gr pindang tongkol (me: pake sdh sold pieces)
3 cloves of garlic
5 cloves of red onion
4 curly red chilli
3 red chili pepper (to taste)
1/2 of galangal segment
1 lmbr bay leaves
1 tomato ijo
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
water
salt, sugar, flavor

Step
Fry a little cob pindang (not too dry) set aside
Saute garlic and shallots until fragrant
Enter the red chili, red pepper, galangal, greetings and tomato ijo
