#Sixweekhealth Week three - How do you de-stress yourself?
A cool contest organized by @healthsquared aiming to find out how and what steemians do for a healthy living. This week's theme is about stress, and particularly how one de-stress himself, in pictures.
For me, stress has been part of my life, as I've been suffering on and off with depression spells. I don't know what triggers them, but it feels like your life is slowly going to the sink drain. I've tried a lot of things, when the blues hits, to get rid of them. The best, by far, is walking and doing what I love: photography.
So, yes, what really takes the edge off is my photographic trips to the nature surrounding my hometown. I love the hills area that gently embraces the small town I live in. Paradoxically, the rainy and foggy wheater really makes me happy and charges me with a strange positive energy.
