雞蛋是最棒的蛋白質來源之一,最重要的是不管什麼作法的雞蛋,都好好好好吃呀呀呀
這裡放的是荷包蛋,其實放炒蛋或切片水煮蛋都很適合喔!
酪梨的調味,鹽和黑胡椒是標配,可以適量的加一些喜歡的香料,加胡麻醬也是很搭的懶人調味法。
搭配一杯加了滿滿鮮奶的咖啡,營養和心情都照顧到了
