7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – North American Friday week #5: Grand Canyon National Park 7大洲照片挑戰-北美洲：大峽谷國家公園

My dear Steemit friends, this is my entry for 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - North American Friday week #5.

The Grand Canyon was listed as a world heritage site in 1979 years.
The special landscape has been cut out for more than ten thousand years from the Colorado River. If you see carefully in the photo, the concave middle river is the Colorado River.
The Colorado River was used to have plenty of water, so it could wash out the beautiful terrain. When I saw the Colorado River, it looked like almost dried streams. I really worry about the ecological status near there.

Grand Canyon National Park is huge. The scenery on the edge of the canyon is pretty much the same if you just drive around the park.
But if you have enough time and energy, along with the walking trail down at least 1~2 hours, you can see amazing landscape like waterfalls, rapids, small Canyon . That is the truth depth of traveling for the Grand Canyon.

這個景色，相信就算沒有去過的人，應該也可以一眼看出來這裏是著名的美國大峽谷。
大峽谷的景色實在太特別，因此已經有無數優秀的攝影作品，拿這裏的照片出來參加比賽，壓力真的很大呀！

大峽谷在1979年被列為世界自然遺產，這麼美麗特殊的景觀，是由科羅拉多河耗費萬年所切割出來的。
大家仔細看可以看得出來，中間那條凹進去的河道就是科羅拉多河。以前的科羅拉多河有充沛的水量，所以才可以沖刷出這麼美麗的地形，可是我去的時候，看到的科羅拉多河像是快要乾涸的溪流，實在令人為附近的生態擔心哪！

大峽谷國家公園的範圍非常大，偷偷告訴大家，如果是開車進去，不管你開到那一個區域，站在峽谷邊緣看到的景色都大同小異，如果你期待可以繞整個國家公園看到不同的壯麗景觀，恐怕就要失望了。
但是如果你有足夠的時間及體力，沿著步行小徑往下走至少1~2小時，可以看到不同的瀑布、激流、小峽谷等令人讚嘆的景觀，那才是真正深度遊覽大峽谷的方式。
如果是要走到谷底，就得花上好幾天的時間，那可不是一般遊客可以辦得到的。

有興趣遊覽大峽谷的朋友，建議好好規劃一下，如果只是開車到幾個觀賞點走馬看花，實在有點可惜！
有的人可能會考慮搭小飛機，我雖然沒有搭，不過看別人拍的照片，大概就是比站在峽谷邊緣看起來再更壯觀一些，花那麼多錢坐一趟飛機好像不是那麼值得。想要真正看到更漂亮的風景，還是要勤勞一點往峽谷下走。
