Is 15 steem power enough to maintain RC and interaction for new account?

Hello my fellow dtubers!
Recently I found some post related RC in which there was large discussion about steem power for new steemit although there are 15 steem power provided for new steemains to continue on this platform but these 15 steem power enough to survive on this platform?or it should be increase near about fifty steem power.
I think it was enough before hard fork 20 update but this time it is not sufficient to survive on this platform because people are involving more interaction.So their RC consumes rapidly.
Any way this amount is not so bad. if we want to more active on this platform then we should buy some more steem power so that we can continue our journey without any interruption.
