BAHAN

  • Jengkol yang sudah tua 2 kg
  • minyak goreng
  • garam
  • gula

Bumbu Sambal

  • Cabai merah 8 buah
  • bawang merah 2 siung
  • bawang putih 1 siung
  • tomat 1 buah

Semua bahan bumbu sambal dihaluskan.

CARA MEMBUAT

  • Kupas jengkol, cuci bersih dan garami. Lalu goreng seperti biasa.

  • Tumiskan sambal sampai matang. Beri garam dan gula secukupnya.

  • Setelah sambal matang, aduk jengkol kedalam sambal sampai merata.

  • Jengkol pun siap untuk di santap.
