#club100 // The Diary Game 3: Steem for BetterLife (09/07/2022)
Hello everyone on this steemit ecosystem, accept greetings from my end (Bamenda, a town of friendship). It was a beautiful morning here in my city and the weather was somehow good. This day happens to be one of my busy days. I wake up from bed at 5:30am, arranged my things for breakfast.
By 7:00am, breakfast was ready and we ate together. After eating, I decided to take my bath and the kids as well. I realised that my kids bathings were finished. I immediately took a bike to a shop where I usually buy my kids stuffs. It is a good shop and I will be giving a review of the shop in the days ahead. While in the shop, I decided to take a selfie.
I bought the things and took a bike back home. While at home, I heated water and bath them and they were watching cartoons in their room. I sucked few dirty dresses I had in detergents and allow them for some minutes. I washed the dresses and dried them on the dry line.
Later, I was contemplating on what to cook for lunch and later realised I had Ogbono soup in the fridge. I decided to relax a bit but later discovered that Steem-cameroon VP was at 100 idling. I decided to curate some posts so that the account VP should not continue idling at 100.
By 1:00 pm, my husband came back from a training program he went for and I had to heat the ogbono soup, heated water and make garri for us to eat lunch. My kids and husband love this meal so much that they could not hesitate to eat.
After eating, I had a chat with my elder sister as she wanted me to travel out of town to do some stuffs at the embassy. We concluded on everything and her little daughter came in and started her gists. This girl can gist for the whole world and she does not get tired. The moment you frown, she will make something funny that you will be forced to smile again 😁😁. There is never a dull moment with her. While we were chatting, she told the mother that they should take a selfie and send to me 😁😁.
By the time we finished discussing, it was raining outside and we decided to take a nap. The rain lasted for about an hour and my husband wake up and left to see his mom. I and the kids continue with our siesta until when my husband returned in the evening. He came back with some food stuffs his mom gave including; washed bitter leaves, groundnuts paste, smoked meat, chicken, canda, rice, chinchin and fried rice spices. Mom has saved me money and stress for some days going to the market 🤓😀.
I quickly arranged the things in the refrigerator and login to my steemit account to reply comments and upvote others. After that we ate some of the chinchin my mother in law send and drank juice. Cameroon women soccer team was having a match at 9:00pm with Tunisia. It was a moment we have been waiting for and the chinchin and juice were a perfect blend to watch the game. There was a lot of tension because I was afraid we might lose it but at the end the game ended on our favour 2 nil.
After the game, my kids were still up and from the look of things, there were not ready to sleep anytime soon. I decided to watch a movie which was ongoing and I did not even know the title. My husband was busy on his laptop and the kids watching cartoons on their laptop. I laidback on the couch while watching the movie. Later on I was feeling sleepy and my husband asked me to go to bed while he will stay back to make sure the kids slept. That is how it ended as I crashed in bed .
