The Diary Game 3: [16/02/2023] // Stressful Day.
Greetings everyone and welcome to my blog as I share with you my daily activities. It was a workday and I had to prepare the kids before preparing myself. I woke up at cockcrow and did some morning meditation exercises which I believe helped me to be stable during the early morning hours.
My husband had to drop our daughter at school while I go to work with my son. We have been searching for a live-out nanny for some time now but haven't seen someone. But a friend recommended we called an office in town for training and recruiting nannies. Hopefully, I will get one there soon. But for now, I had to go to work with my son.
He usually wakes up from bed late during the day. Since I'm going to work early, I had to interrupt his sleeping schedule. While at work, he was not in a good mood and wanted to sleep. I had to pause work and made sure he napped for a while.

I had to arrange for him to sleep well on the sofa while I continued with my work. It was noon, and I had to take my son to a nearby restaurant to eat but he was not comfortable and insisted we go back home. I got no choice but to take him back to the office and rounded up with the workload and left for the market to buy some stuff for baking cupcakes for my kids.

While at home I had to cook dinner for the family. I took off my dress and went into the kitchen to prepare coki with boiled ripe plantains. I washed the beans and put in a drainer.

I had to blend it until it has a smooth paste. Then, I pour it into a bowl and added palm oil, salt and Maggi to taste. We normally used either banana leaves or plantain leaves to tie inside before cooking. I could not have the leaves, so I used aluminium fuel paper to wrap it inside and cook.
While the food was on the cooker, I took a warm bath and equally bathed my son. By 5:30 PM, the food was ready but we could not consume it while it was hot. When you eat it hot, it will likely give stomach ache. I had to serve everyone and also dish my own share.

After eating, I took a cup of cold lemonade and log in to my Steemit account to review articles in the steem-cameroon community. After the review, I went to bed and called it a day.

That your meal is quite an enticing one , they also eat same here in my country . But you combining it along ripe plantain is very unique and special.
Something about a child is that , they don't understand most situation than to triggering worries . Getting a nanny for him would be very helpful as it will facilitating your work success more.
There , your day was very fulfilled and successful.
Thank you, friend!
