The Diary Game 3 : BetterLife with Steem (02/11/2022)

Greetings fellow friends on the steemit platform, it’s another session with @chant’s diary. Some mornings I wake up with swollen eyes because I haven’t slept well. Yes, this particular day was one of those day as I got up from bed and my eyes were swollen. I was advised to clean my face with warm water with 1 cube of sugar melted in the water. I had never done that before but was skeptical it could cause more damage.

I used just the warm water to clean my face and prepared my daughter’s lunch pack for school and breakfast. While I was doing all that, my husband assisted to bath our daughter and dressed her up for school. It took me about 45 minutes to put everything in order.

Immediately my daughter left for school, I remembered it was my day to curate with SC08 account. I login to the account and started healing till around 10:00 am. I had to take my bath and continued with my office work online.

At about midday, I was contacted by Overseas Advisory Group to become one of their Gender Peace and security consultant. They send me a template to fill in my CV as they needed it to draft my contract letter. I immediately filled the template and send back to the project officer.

During the late afternoons, I was done with my office task online for the day and decided to visit my husband’s office. I left the house with my son and the sun was hot. We took a bike in order to avoid traffic on the road. When we arrived his office, it was time for him to pick up our daughter from school. He took a bike to her school and brought her back to the office since no one was at home.

I had to order lunch from a restaurant around the office but the lady said her delivery girl was not at work. I had to go there to take the meal from the restaurant for my husband, the colleague, my kids and myself.

I took the food and went back to the office, went to their kitchen and served everyone with lunch. I took my own share and enjoyed my meal. I left the office again and went to a bar around to buy drinks for everyone. Came back to the office we drank and discussed till around 4:00Pm.

We left the office at about 4:30 pm and boarded a cab back home. While at home, nobody was willing to eat again. I had to login to SC08 account to complete curation for the day.

After curation, I had to play around with my son while watching a movie. By 11:00 PM, I retired to bed.

My day ended with all my activities completed and thank you for reading.
