If your truck bed get in a accident

So my wife was involved in a hit and run at the store. Needless to say we did a insurance claim they paid us out the estimated cost of repair, which was around $4000 USD that included Bondo, paint ECT... to apply to my old rusty bed.. Well there are companies in every city that buys fleets of trucks brand new and take the beds off to replace them with tool box beds or what ever else, leaving the brand new bed without a truck, so I found one of these places and purchased phone of these beds. It was newer than mine but still the same model I paid $900, swaped the lights out 6 bolts four buddies later my truck was like new agian, and I still had $3000. Yes I pocketed $3000 USD, and no longer had a rusting out bed.. I will post more money saving ideas in the future thanks for reading guys have a great day....
