Sandwich Full of Flavor! At Home Cooking
Toasted multigrain bun, foie gras truffle spread on one side and a mixture of mayonnaise and grainy mustard on the other. The filling consists of coxinhas which are Brazilian chicken patties that I cut in half and fried with portuguese soft cheese and basil, crispy turkey bacon, sauteed peppers, onions and mushrooms in Jamaican spice with a hint of sherry vinegar, slices of tomatoes, and last but not least pickle slices to give it a tang.
