I welcome everyone back to my blog today.

In my today's post I want to share my little knowledge on the importance of planning to an enterpreneur.

PLANNING

I see planning as a process of setting a goal to enable you know when to start working towards your set goals, how to get to your goals, the processes to follow in other to achieve the set goals ,where to start carrying out your plans and who to get involve in working towards your goals.

Planning helps an enterpreneur to minimize his resources it also enables him to achieve his goal within a short time.
An enterpreneur that knows the importance of planning hardly fail in business.

An enterpreneur that has properly planned his business before establishment should be able to know the number of employees to employ at the very first beginning of the business and also how to manage his workers in terms of paying their wages.
sometimes things doesn't really work out as planned but a good enterpreneur should be able to have plan B in all his plans by so doing situations where plan A fails he or she can easily switch to plan B.

Planning is also important because it helps to minimize waste especially in the production department of a manufacturing establishment, in a company where bread is produce with proper planning the manager of the department should be able to know the bags of flour that will produce some certain number of Bread 🍞 in a week, in situations where there are not able to meet up or using more than the bags of flour expected waste should be able to be detected the production manager should also be able to apply plan B to put a stop to such wastage.

CONCLUSION

It's very important for an enterpreneur to engage in proper planning before setting up any business no matter how little the business may appear to be by so doing it will enable the enterpreneur to know when he is deviating from his set goals or when such business is not bring returns as expected.
