Raw banana curry recipe
Ripe yellow banana can be eat immediately after peeling while green (raw) banana needs to cook before eating.
Green (raw) banana is very nutritious, it is a good source of vitamins, fiber, and minerals, and a starch found in it helps to control blood sugar, lower blood cholesterol levels and also helpful in weight management .
