What do you know about the flower's benefits for human health?

Flowers are one of the things that beautify man's environment; when humans see beautiful flowers, their mood lightens, and they feel much better. Flowers can be of benefit to man both physically, mentally, and nutritionally.

Humans can be mentally healthy when they are outdoors looking at beautiful flowers to reduce stress and improve their mood; flowers help to keep and remind us of memories, especially during this period of Valentine's Day when lovers exchange gifts and show each other they care. Flowers are used to express love, peace, and union in relationships. Flowers also possess the ability to make you sleep, especially lavender, due to its relaxing scent.

Flowers help in increasing compassion and also make people help others easily. Flowers are also physically good and sometimes serve as an herb in healing pain, fatigue,e, and anxiety. Flowers can also be consumed, e.g., marjoram, which helps in the digestion of food substances. Rose 🌹 is a flower that possesses anti-inflammatory properties that can help to treat or control colds and coughs. Flowers are naturally made to beautify the environment; flowers capture the minds of humans and make them go into thoughts about things that can be unimaginable.

The time I used a flower was the actual time I wanted to prank my friend; her name was Elsa, and she was one of the smartest girls in the class, so I gave her the flowers on her birthday, pending that I liked her a lot. But when she found out, she started laughing at me that I was too funny; she said she felt loved, and I told her she deserved it.

When she saw me coming with the flowers at first she thought I wanted to give them to my classmate Kara but I gave them instead, she told me taught so because I and Kara were very close but I didn't give her the flowers, I told her that I decided to get her flowers cuz it was the most reasonable thing I taught I could get for her she then hugged me a told me to thank you, we all sang her a birthday song before she cut the cake.

I, as a person who knows and likes flowers, prefer jasmine because of its delightful scent and beauty; it is the most used in the production of perfume. This flower is often considered the "queen of fragrance because of its intoxicating aroma. The jasmine has a sweet and slightly musky scent, which makes it the most used and recognized, but the rose flower is known for its astonishing aroma, which makes most people use it after the jasmine.
