Showing Hospitality.

Hello, friends from around the world. Living a life of hospitality is one of the ways to strengthen society, If we humans continue to be hospitable, the activities of man will move in accuracy; I wish you all success in this contest.

What do you understand by the word hospitality?

Hospitality, in my point of view, is the ability of an individual to welcome guests or strangers by lending them assistance when they need it. We are humans and also need to show hospitality to others. You may help people and get paid back badly, but this should not stop your attitude toward hospitality. Rather, it should educate you that some people are good while some are bad.

I try to practice hospitality every day by assisting individuals who need it and showing it. Helps me interact with people in a good manner. When we make sure that our visitors are comfortable by making them provision of gifts and expressing regard.

In a world where sometimes the "helper" becomes a "victim," should we still show hospitality? What's your take? Explain.

I think even if you help people and become the victim you should also continue to be charitable because you will one day need assistance as a stranger. We should distinguish ourselves from others and portray the act of hospitality. I think that despite the attitude some people may portray when we should continue hospitality, it will help us to build a better society of peace and progress.

Have you ever received unforgettable hospitality from someone? How was it? And why is it unforgettable?

My cousin.

I have received an unforgettable from my friend Anthony. It was the time he helped me to buy a textbook. I wanted to buy a textbook, a biology textbook which will help me a lot. I had the money but I couldn't go to the market to get the textbook because I got the money late, I told him if he could help me go to the market and get the textbook, he said it was late, he said that he wants to help me but will not like it when he goes to the market and doesn't buy the textbook.

I told him I needed the book urgently tomorrow because our class teacher said that we should come with the textbook tomorrow or we would be sent out of the class. He then told me to join him on the motorcycle to purchase the textbook; when we got to the market, we checked four bookshops before we found the textbook that we needed; the name of the textbook was "New School Biology"**. When we came back, I was grateful to him and told him to thank you. He said that it was all good that he got my back when I got to school. I was really happy I was among those who had textbooks.

Do you consider yourself a hospitable person? State instances.

Hospitality has been part of my life since I was born. I will say that I am hospitable; there was a time when my cousin needed my help in doing her assignments; I was busy and needed to finish what I was doing, and my mother asked me to fetch water for her. I needed to fill the house with water, and my cousin needed my assistance with her homework; she knew how to do some but was not able to finish the remaining one.

She said her teacher wants everyone to get everything correctly, anyone who fails a question will be flogged. I then stopped fetching water and helped do the homework during the day because we had time to sleep, which was supposed to be by 8pm. I helped her do the homework and saw that she was really happy. She thanked me with a beautiful smile. After helping do the homework I still had time to finish fetching the water. Hospitality is really good. I was saying one good turn deserves another; helping people will make others also help you.

When showing hospitality to people, how should it be done? Tell us.

Showing the hospital can be done in several ways. You can assist when they need it or you perform your working activities the right way by giving everyone equal attention, we should not consider family background, social and lifestyle in showing hospitality, even if the person is a stranger we should remember that we are all humans and need to spread the love around the world and to anyone we come in contact with.
