In as much as the blessing of God is instrumental to the rising of an individual, one can not take away the necessity of dedication to God's calling.
[Genesis 39:3-6]

This generation of christians just desire God to give them things mysteriously without a traceable foundation of dedication to God, His kingdom, or a particular course in their life. You must be dedicated to a particular course so that the spot light of God can get to you.

The spot light only comes on individuals dedicated to doing something through which the blessing of God will come to announce their lifting.
[Deuteronomy 28:12]

2.) It is the diligent pursuit of value adding virtues that separates an individual from mediocres from his area of specialty.
