The Diary Game || My Day With The Knowledge Of Injections : 03-05-2024

Happy weekend to you all, it's friday and it calls for celebration, ha ing been able to be alive from Monday up til today, it's a great testimony. I will like to be sharing my evening routine with you all.

Evening Routine:

Friday that ought to be very lively, suddenly looks dull and sluggish today. Talking about the bad market on board, rain kept falling today, from mid afternoon till few minutes ago before i was asked by my boss to go to the parking store and study the injections she taught me about.

Analgin injection

Our parking store has no light, so i used my phone torch to make a review of some certain injections she taught me about. The first one i could reach out to was Analgin which was specified to be an IM (Intra muscular) injection used calming high fever. The bottle contains 5mls, one can only collect 4mls out of it then mix it with B-complex injection. Sometimes injecting a patient the whole of 5mls could react badly in their body system, that is why b-complex as an antibiotic drug is added to calm any upcoming reaction, can be taken once a day.

The other drug is Ceftriaxone injection which has its company name as Rocephine. It is an antibiotic drug used in the treatment of infection and typhoid in adult, it can be taken once at a time by using a 10ml string to mix the valve substance with 10ml water. You could use scalp vein or a 21g needle to inject the patient after disposing the one you have used in mixing.

The substance and its solvent

This injection is mild, and doesn't cause any skin irritation or reaction. I can only be taken once a day, in most cases levofloxacin infusion should be added, which is also an antibiotic drug that supports the affected patient with infection.

N/B: the prescription I have stated above both in the analgin and the ceftriaxone is strictly for adults
