Gang Of Conflicts
Internal disputes and battles over and over, this subject not becoming over
Things become mess when particular group is going through from internal battles, trust battles
Difficult to trust when environment is filled with so many conflicts, personal and professional conflicts
No balance point is there, no stopping point is there.
Clashes and disagreements extending unwanted conversations, discussions
This discussion doesn't have any resolution point, moving forward with random point
Waste of productive time, precious time
They are mature enough, they should know enough.
There is no healthy competition, there is only hostile competition
Blame game is holding upper hand, leading hand
When people stuck in blame game everything turns bad, no positive sign or resolution, so everything turns bad
No matter how many conflicts are there we should respect the boundary, respectful boundary.
If few are struggling in one team in a way whole team struggles, environment struggles
Negativity blends with environment and then empowers negativity, boosts negativity
Tough time for everyone, judgemental environment for everyone
One team's conflicts, gang of conflicts.
