Cheese mini cupcake

Ingredients:

• 1 egg;
• 15 g of oat flakes;
• Processed cheese for hot dishes in slices;
• 20 ml of milk;
• 15 g of flour;
• baking powder;
• paprika;
• salt;
• green onions.
  
  

Preparation:

Mix the milk, salt, oat flakes, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, whole-grain flour and a slice of processed Hochland cheese in the blender bowl. Stir until homogeneous.

Add chopped green onions and 1 teaspoon of paprika, stir again.

Take a glass, grease it with vegetable oil and put the mixture into it.

Bake the cake in the microwave for 3 to 5 minutes.
