Wow, thank you for this thick novel, thank you for the time you gave me/us in writing it. Others write less substantial posts... ;-) I could have resteemed a post - I think stories like this need a bigger audience. Of course, I remember the steemcurator keys being abused and I remember how long it took me to get mesloa to understand my IT related instructions. It was many hours and I don't want to be unkind so I probably won't share much more. In her saved Google passwords, there was more than 1 AI essay writer (which of course, could have been blamed on her son) so her wide knowledge can be easily explained. And credit doesn't go to the Nigerian Education System.

Haha, yes, it's nice that we can still have fun from time to time. Laughs that those affected can't laugh about. Unfortunately, understanding irony also requires some education... ;-)
And in the next case, I'm also very surprised that someone is ‘so slow to learn’ that they have to give away their keys because they simply don't understand how to use them. At the same time, this user learns fast enough to write high-quality, error-free texts that immediately deserve a booming vote. My goodness, how stupid am I? That's what I have been wondering about for years also how those who understand nothing perfectly well know how to collect.
The newcomers community is a miracle to me as well. Had a look yesterday. Some posts are so perfect and next, they never show up again (if I say or ask something). It took me weeks, months, years to understand certain aspects but what I always did was read, read, read and try to figure out what they were talking about, how they managed.
By the way, I keep asking and sooner or later what I believe turns out to be true. I cannot always bother, especially not if people are honest and say I do this or that (own responsibility) but the never-ending rewards for??? I looked at certain booming rewarded posts and it beats me why those people are rewarded at all since what they write is by far not good or way better than what others write.
I guess if it comes to this you can't expect much from those who nominate/moderate/curate/announce winners and simply don't like to read or are able to recognize creativity or improvement.
It's still the year of the Dragon (good for luck) and it lasts until the end of January so let's go for the miracles or simply use/grab what is in front of you.
If it comes to irony, sarcasm, black humour? I doubt this can be learned or people can be educated to like it. If you never learned to see the humour in the darkness, to make it possible to breathe (laugh), take everything bloody seriously life will be extremely hard and unbearable.
