Nearly a thousand years ago, the world changed forever. The Splintering ripped apart islands, destroyed the old kingdoms and created the Splinterlands as we know them today.
The Prophecy is widely known. That which was Splintered shall be made whole. But the Monsters of the Splinterlands all have different interpretations of the Prophecy. The bold and adventurous Goblins of Anumün have taken it upon themselves to chart the Splinters. Led by renowned cartographer, Prake Zundlebruff, the Gobson Goblins have created the only accurate maps of each of the Splinters as they currently sit.
Anumün is the the most diverse of the Splinters, in terms of population. Humans, Goblins, Minotaurs, Centaurs and more must live together without destroying one another. Under the unity of the Lyverian Government and the Spirit of the Forest, the Anumites have made great strides toward harmony and the ultimate fulfillment of the Prophecy.
Trouble is often caused by the dinosaurs that emerge from the Primordic Sea and roam the Giant Grasslands, but that's life in Anumün.
The Burning Lands are surrounded by a moat of lava, known as the Ring of Fire. The Ferexia of the Burning Lands are creatures of fire, well-adapted to live in the extreme dryness and heat of the Splinter. For Inter-Splinter travel and trade, the only way to access the Burning Lands is over the Great Obsidian Bridge on the western shore.
The Water Splinter of ΛZMΛRÉ is the home of chaos in the Splinterlands. With no centralized government, the Azmareans shun rules and laws, which has created a savage and hostile Splinter. The Dark Water brings terrifying monstrosities from the deep, and the Jungles of ΛZMΛRÉ are home to the most frightening and destructive monsters in the world.
The Life Splinter of Khymeria is ruled strongly by the Order of the Silver Shield. Khymians resemble Humans, but they are created rather than born, considering themselves to be the divine emissaries of the goddess Khymia. The spies of the Silver Shield have their gauntlets in nearly every plot in the Splinterlands.
The Death Splinter of Mortis, inhabited by Dark Eternals, is something of a mystery to the rest of the Splinterlands. Beluroc is the only settlement in Mortis that welcomes the living; the people of Beluroc are known for their wild parties and gruesome works of art. The Lord of Darkness's Capitol City of Utopin has never been infiltrated by a non-Dark Eternal.
The Dragons dwell in the Glory Splinter of Draykh-Nahka, though they can travel where they please. In the small, desert Splinter, the Gloridax people protect and preserve the Fire Blood in preparation for the Prophecy's Fulfillment. The Heliostones of the Gloridax are the only solution for the Burn that has been taking hold across the Splinterlands, so the Dragons and their kin have grown quite rich.
What will Become of the Splinterlands?
Only Time will Tell.

man, I was looking for this all week to use as a reference for my post, all the islands are great. although seeing that mortis has no forest makes me sad, now that I have this my next stories will be much more precise.
ty
there is not a neutral zone?
Mortis actually has two forests. :)
There's the Arid Forest of Khatin, in the Southern Waste, and the Forest of the Living, outside Beluroc.
Now you don't have to be sad :D
Now I see them. none is a fading forest bu to really want to know everything from all regions and all important places.
with this I could edit my post and make it adapt much more to lore, ty.
crhis I do not know if it's asking too much since you have to be very busy, but if you can take a look at my post and give me a review or a advice I would greatly appreciate it.
I'd be happy to take a look at it :)
Once I read the whole thing I'll give you some feedback.
