1 Tim 4 vs 8
'' physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.''
Even God himself has told us that physical exercise is important, but not more important than spiritual exercise, but yet it is still important.
It's good to know you exercise this way @humanearl.
For.me, I keep fit at home.
Not everyone has the time or money to go to the gym and there is no need to. I Work out at home, and it's very easy and can be very beneficial. Some at-home exercises I do include:
- Push-ups. I Use your weight against the floor or wall to work on your upper body strength.
- Sit-ups. I carryout Sit-ups by simply laying on the ground or, with a more advanced technique, with a chair or exercise ball.
Theae are the major two exercises I carryout to keep fit. And it's does not coste much to keep them.
I like working out with my body weight and some heavier weight as well. Mainly I workout at home or at the park. And you are right it saves money which I like.
