In this day i am here to complete my achievement 6 task on curation,witness and communities.

• Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

To my understanding and now i will briefly discuss you in my knowledge. Voting is basically a procedure of liking or disliking a user post on steemit. Many users compare this with to other
social media as we like a post or dislike on there but on steemit when user like your post on steemit then his or her get reward for that.

Upvote

Liking a post on steemit is upvote. If you click this upward green arrow button,it means you like the post or upvote the post

Downvote
Disliking a post on steemit is downvote. If you do not like the content someone shared then you can click the downward red arrow button.

Curation

Curation is reward you recieve on your posts when user upvoted your post. The rewards is in the form of steem dollars, steem power and trx (which are all cryptocurrencies). Then more higher your sp the greater chance you have to recieve good reward. The 50% of reward is for author and 50% to curation. If vote down the post then you will get no curation reward. You will these reward in your steemit wallet after 7 days of your post.

• what happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

You already you know that 50% of curation rewards you'll recieve when you upvote the but. But will happen if you upvote the post within 5 minutes of posting.

Vote Time Curation Effects
Immediately you I'll receive no curation reward when you upvote a post at the time of posting

After 1 minute 20% curator reward and 80% in reward pool
After 2 minutes 40% curator reward and 60% in reward pool
After 3 minutes 60%curator reward and 40%in reward pool
After 4 minutes 80% curator reward and 20% in reward pool
After 5 minutes 100% curator reward and 0% in reward pool

• who will you vote for steem witness? And why?

I want to vote for steem witness is @steemchiller because he developed the informative and valuable website for steemit users steemworld.org. I also want to vote @justyy for creating steemscan.com. this is also valuable tool for us.

• which community you will join in steemit, and why?

When I was new on steemit then I joined just newcomers community and and verify my achivements there. I am also in And now I want to join steem crypto academy hopeful I'll complete agreement to join that community and will be the member of of many community.
