Humourous take on Cryptocurrencies (some decentralized laughs!)
a few entertaining observations about the chaotic universe known as cryptocurrency, as we blaze where no currency has ventured before, into cyber assets... BUCKLE YOUR SEATBELTS !!
Blockchain - a distributed database with a continuous list of records (blocks), not be be confused with "Blockhead", a sobriquet for Charlie Brown or "BlockedShot", what many of the crypto pretenders will eventually feel; REJECTED!!
Ethereum is a cryptocurrency, Delirium is a mental hallucination, and Elysium is a mythical paradise. Some market analysts would argue the three words are synonymous. (-:
Bitcoin is the #1 crypto, unless somehow the whole market crashes, in that case it will be known as Bitecoin, as in "this coin really bites!!"
IOTA is another crypto, whose name accurately describes how much I still know about it!
Apparently having a "bit" reference in your crypto is recommended; there is BitConnect, BitShares, ByteCoin, ByteBall, DigiByte, Bitdeal, BitcoinDark, and BitBay. Maybe this is because most of these will eventually have a market cap of about "two bits"! (-:
STEEM is the 19th largest cryptocurrency. Luckily it has a cooler name than the 18th, Veritaseum (!?!?) and the 20th, Iconomi !!
In addition to STEEM, there are other names referencing water/liquids (Ripple, Waves, and FirstBlood). Speaking of First Blood, eventually a Rambo will come into the crypto space and shoot up most of these digital assets like so many irrelevant movie extras !! (-:
And what do cryptocurrency, rocket science, and healthcare reform all have in common? Exactly the same teeny % of the population has a clue what's going on with any of them !!
