This system is by far not catching the real perpetrators. It's now morphed into this awful beast where parents are being forced to toe the line that's decided for them. If you decide to not do something the state likes, they take your kids away. Absolutely disgusting.
Yeah, then it's an uphill battle to conform to demands or the children are gone forever.
