You can't enjoy the life if you are unable to consume sugar due to diabetes. Well, you might be able to eat a little bit of sugar, depending on the type of diabetes you're suffering from but undoubtedly, not a lot. It really sucks! My mom and dad are suffering from diabetes. My mom rarely touches the sweets and when she touches, she takes just a little bit. It makes me feel sad!

Do you want to go through the same fortune? Diabetes really sucks and so far, there is no definite cure for it which means it can be deadly. A little injury can lead to the cut of your body part. My neighbor had to lose one of his legs because that wound became poisonous and if she wouldn't agree to cut that leg, the poison would spread all over the body and could cause death in several days. That's how dangerous it is.

I'm sure that you already know what is type 2 diabetes but in case if you don't know, type 2 diabetes require insulin to be injected into the body because the body becomes unable to produce sufficient insulin.Type 2 is more dangerous than type 1. According to the experts, causes of type 1 diabetes are not clear enough.

You should try to lose your weight and pay extra attention to your diet plan. Exercises are much better to engage yourself in productive activities because they will not only make you lose weight but also provide other benefits which you may be beyond your imagination.

High blood pressure is bad for various reasons and you must prioritize the treatment of high blood pressure. According to Mayoclinic, high blood pressure is one of the main reasons for type 2 diabetes. They stated that people whose blood pressure reaches 140/90 millimeters are at increased risk of type 2 diabetes.

Again, controlling your blood pressure is very important because if left uncontrolled, it can weaken your brain's blood vessels and lead to stroke. Furthermore, high blood pressure increases the risk of heart diseases. So, there are many reasons why you should keep your blood pressure in control.

It is often ignored by the people that the more sugar they consume, the greater becomes the risk of diabetes for them. But the question is, does high consumption of sugar directly causes diabetes? No, it leads to obesity and weight gain.

So the conclusion is, sugar may not directly cause diabetes but excessive consumption of sugar creates obesity and therefore, the risk of diabetes increases.

Trust me, if you'd take enough precautions from today, you may not have to go through the same fortune as my neighbor (who had to agree for cutting off her leg). Prevention is better than cure, admit it.
