Caution: Contact with Nephrotic Syndrome Due to Damaged Kidney

in #kidney6 years ago (edited)

Hello, my friends, all and how on this day and of course they are in good health and good condition. On this day I want to share about a thing that must always be well maintained especially for our health.

You need to know, nephrotic syndrome is a kidney disorder that causes the body to release too much protein in urine. In general, nephrotic syndrome occurs damage to a group of small blood vessels in the kidney which function to filter waste and excess water in the blood.

The human body needs protein to build bone mass, muscle, and other tissues, and fight infection. When the kidneys are not functioning properly, the kidneys allow proteins that pass through filtering and exit through urine. The benefits of other proteins are to maintain body balance (homeostasis). For example, maintaining the oncotic pressure so that the volume of fluid in the blood vessels is maintained so that when the protein leaks from the kidneys, fluid from the blood vessels goes out into the tissue and causes edema or swelling.

And it is this damage that causes swelling (edema), especially in the legs and ankles, foaming urine which is most likely caused by excess protein in the urine, weight gain due to excess fluid in the body, fatigue, and loss of appetite.

And nephrotic syndrome can also be caused by other diseases and is called a secondary glomerulonefrotis, for example:

  • Diabetic Kidney Disease
Due to diabetes complications, nephron in the kidney is damaged due to too high sugar levels. And the longer a person has diabetes can also trigger a diabetic kidney that can trigger kidney disorders, nephrotic syndrome.

  • Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
Nephrotic syndrome can also be triggered by a systemic lupus erythematosus condition that can cause serious kidney damage. And this disease attacks the immune system and one of them causes kidney damage.

  • Amyloidosis
And this disorder occurs when amyloid proteins accumulate in the body's organs, one of which is the kidneys, thus damaging the filtering system in our kidneys.

  • Blood Freezing in Kidney Veins
This condition can also cause nephrotic syndrome, namely blood clots blocking human blood vessels.

Hopefully it can be useful and can always keep the kidneys well and the biusa is always healthy
