HIVE seems to be a little over priced at the moment, it reminds me of when STEEM was over priced in BTC in the very beginning! HIVE rose on low volume, to tell the truth I expect big drops for HIVE in the future unless Bitcoin and all crypto really take off this halving season!! After halving I would expect HIVE to half!! (at least)
