India will get heavy water crisis by 2050

World Water Day is on March 22, before UNESCO issued a report. According to the report, India will have heavy water crisis by 2050. It is believed that 40 percent of water resources will come down in the coming years due to which the water will be depleted in the country. It has been said in the report that there is already a lot of water crisis in North India. On this, SK Sarkar, Head of Water Resources Department said that there is a scarcity of ground water in Punjab, Haryana and Delhi.

These states have serious water problem. In south and central India, the quality of poor water will increase in rivers till 2050.

SVA Naqvi, Director of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) NIO said that the problem of pollution is not only in surface water resources but also in ground water.

He said that this water also contains the polluted substance of the metal.

Experts say that this problem increases even when poor substances are dumped in the ground.
Bacteria are included in the ground after defecation in the open and debris in the pits. This is more polluted in ground water.
