Those who strongly believe in steem are never purturb by turn of events. It is their passion and great love for steem that drives them. The successful people in life understand one thing, to succeed you need to persist.
Those that persist surely win, it is how the world works, you get closer to success as you keep stretching towards your goal every day. Times may not always be the same, seasons may change, good times may fade away but never let go of your will to achieve success at all times.
There are seasons on Steemit as well. it gets to to a point when a lot of activities begin to slow down especially in times when there is a dip in the price of steem. The posting behaviour of steemians suddenly change.
All too soon many people become inactive and unwilling to post. The zeal to do more, to partake in contest weakens. The ones active and serious steemians now find reasons to excuse themselves from active blogging on Steemit because their expectations didn't come true.
Be Active and Consistent
It's not everyday day that will be your lucky day but one lucky day can make a great difference. Consistency is a key that has really helped me and continue to help on Steemit. I do not have any specific time for posting, I love to interact and engage, through that I get noticed at the time I least expect. Those who have become great and successful on Steemit that most of us looked up to for support all had their challenges as newbies. What made them succeed was their consistency and determination to succeed despite the challenges. Never give up!!!
How To Stay Consistent on Steemit
You will need to have more than a reason to be active on Steemit
Personally, I love to write and share experiences about life. I also love to learn and discover new things each day. These are some of the things that drive me to engage more on Steemit. Getting big upvote is motivating but to be consistent you will need more than just the monetary rewards to keep you busy on Steemit at all times. Votes are not always assured, you can easily be discouraged if you are not getting the attention and votes. Have more than just a reason to keep posting
Do things that will increase your engagement:
Some people complain of lacking ideas to write about. Well, there is good news now. Many contest are enrolled each day that you can take advantage and submit your entry. You can easily attract the attention of powerful voters when you submit your entry for contest. You can also earn some steem as prize even if your submission don't get votes. @pennsif is doing a wonderful job posting news about letest contest on steemit, you may visit his blog for more. Moverover, Steemit is not all about posting, you can also comments on others post as well, this is also a good way of earning some cool rewards.
Have no reason to be inactive on steemit because you never know your lucky day.

Un cordial saludo 🇻🇪 tengo algunos meses en Steemit, me parece una excelente plataforma muy práctica y educativa,sin embargo me siento un desanimada porque son muy pocas publicaciones las que me son pagadas pero tengo fe y esperanza que en algún momento llegue el día de mi suerte con la perseverancia y la constancia se puede lograr.
Realmente no es fácil comenzar en Steemit, pero para tener éxito debes ser constante. ¡Nunca dar! sigue publicando y haz lo que se te da bien. Con el tiempo obtendrás audiencia y un buen voto a favor. Mantenga sus expectativas bajas, su día de suerte llegará. mis saludos
