Preparations Underway For Steem Promo at the University of Science and Technology this Saturday: It's All about Getting the Right People on Steemit

Another Steem promo is about to take place at the University of Science and Technology this Saturday. This time round we intend to make it a door to door promo at the Unity Hall, one of the biggest halls on campus.

Due to covid 19 pandemic, it is always advisable that we take precautionary measures while promoting steem on campus, this is why we want to have a one on one steem talk with students rather than a mass gathering.

Saturday will be a perfect day for this activity as there will be no or just few lectures giving us the chance to meet students in their rooms. We already have our country representative (@nattybongo) who is also a student at the university. He is already in contact with the SRC and the Hall rep to permit us for this activity.

The move is to let the students know how their skills can be used on the steem blockchain, to create value for a profitable returns. A lot of opportunies abounds on the steem bloackchain but it takes the right people who are serious minded to explore and to discover. Our promo won't just target everybody but people who are creative and can bring good initiatives that will be profitable to all users. This is why promo work under @campusconnectgh is channeled to young folks in our universities and colleges.

The students are the right people and with their technological knowledge they will be very instrumental to steem blockchain. It is our aim to give talk on Steem and why young entrepreneurs looking for any viable investment opportunity should consider steem as the right choice.

We may not be able to gain audience with all students due to their busy academic schedules and that is why we plan to embark on this promo activity with our steem flyers which we will distribute to students on campus.

This will also be another opportunity for steem promoters and steemians who will be joining to meet and discuss steem programs and matters that are very pertinent for our growth.
I'm happy to be working with steem promoters (@mcsamm,@nattybongo,@anaman,@odsam2) and all steemians who would like to make themselves avaiblae for this meetup and promo activity.

This is a collective work which we believe with a good number in attendance we will be able to reach out to many students on campus to introduce steem and get some sign up on steemit.
