The Mystery About The True Identity of Jesus Christ

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1)
we understand from this scripture that Jesus Christ was God manifested in the flesh.

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John 1:14

The word which was God became flesh in the person of Jesus Christ and lived among us and saw the revealed glory of God as His son but it was God himself dwelling with us.

To have a clear understanding of the mystery of who Jesus was let's go to the beginning or the genesis of the bible.

The Lord God gave earth to man to have dominion over it therefore the earth is man's home not spirits:

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. Genesis 1:26

God is always limited by what he says(His word) He said let them have dominion (rulership) over the earth.
When God decided to come down to earth to save mankind He needed a body because legally spirit beings are not permitted to live on earth without human body. God took upon Himself human body so He can live with Humans. He could have come anyway as spirit but then He didn't want to go against His word.

Jesus Christ we have heard about from the scriptures was God manifested in the flesh: His name shall be called "Emmanuel" meaning God is with us (Matt. 1:23).

Jesus Christ when asked by Philip about the father(God) He said if you have seen me(Jesus Christ) you have seen the father-God

Philip said unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it will satisfy us. Jesus said unto him, Have I been so long a time with you, and yet have you not known me, Philip? he that has seen me has seen the Father; and how say you then, Show us the Father? John.14:8-9

Ask yourself these questions: why would Jesus say He is the son of God ( Luke 22:70), God is his father(Matt. 11:27) and then finally say He is God.( John 14:8-9).

Was He trying to confuse us or lie to us? the answer is No.

He tried to let us understand one thing and that is "relationship"; a relationship between a father and a son. That we are also sons if we believe in him (John 1:12) and that God is not just our master but our father (Luke 11:2).

Nobody called God his father from the beginning creations. It was blasphemous for any human to do so. It was Jesus who called God his father first and introduced us to God as our father and not just our God.

Humans have always found it difficult relating to God; having a good relationship with Him. From the beginning of creation God is seen as a powerful deity and a great master by all humans.

God himself had to come in the person Jesus Christ to show us the way we can come back to Him again and restore the relationship which was broken in the Garden of Eden.

He therefore manifested as a son of God to help us understand a father and a son relationship we can also have if we believe in him.

Listen to what God said: 'I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people'" (2 Corinthians 6:16). - talking about a relationship He will establish with us through Christ.

Jesus wasn't Just a son but God Himself who came in the flesh to live among men
