        Customer relationship management (CRM) tools come in handy in many different ways, although not every application can meet what is needed by every customer. Often, large and complicated tools are overkill or somewhat useless in the long run for smaller businesses, while some smaller tools requires so much customization to meet specific needs. I would like to share with you the open source tool EspoCRM, which is designed to meet the needs of small and medium businesses that would boost their customer relationship and mitigate problems concerning customer satisfaction.[Source]

        I have decided to help this open-source project because I believe Customer Support Services plays a vital role in every business from small to large scale industries. Having these kinds of software allows the companies to be more sensitive to the needs of the customer and allows them to be proactive to the development of their products. I, as a visionary businessman always seek strong bond or connection between the customers to meet their expectations and allow them at the same time to take part in suggesting new ideas to may become handy.
