in Steem Ghana3 years ago

Hello there again Steemians👋👋👋👋👋👋

This is another week of receiving your much-privileged piece of information from your very own @cosai99. This week we will talk about another review of a car we have seen an upgrade to a model from Hyundai, The Hyundai Sonata N-Line 2021.

Let's talk about it in depth now🚓🌫🌫🌫

Hyundai has now become a top competitor with the Elantra and Sonata models they have been producing these couple of years. Constantly improving the functions of the car with style, they have managed to create a large market in the automobile industry, especially considering how the Sonata usually sells. Today, we talk about a newer model of the Sonata which was released just last year, the Hyundai Sonata N-Line 2021. This car is considered when you are looking for speed above all but then still relatively fuel-efficient. This car can go toe-to-toe with the Honda Accord. It belongs to the Sedan family of cars and is a front-wheel drive. Let's take a look at the specs.

Engine Design and Specifications

  • The car is equipped with a 2.5L, 4-cylinder engine, turbocharged with a power of 290HP, which is ideal for speed runs and drag races(of course if you want to use that for races though it might not ideal😂). The engine runs at a speed of 5800 rpm.

  • It has an 8-speed, dual-clutch automatic transmission, ideal for smooth switching of gears to match the required speed for a drive.

  • It goes from 0-60 MPH in 5.0 seconds, showing a good acceleration, for such a sports version of the Sonata Sedan family. ( moving from 5-60 MPH in 5.2 seconds)

  • It has good fuel efficiency with values of 23mpg in the city and 33mpg on the highways.

  • It comes to a stop from 70 MPH at a distance of 152 feet, a good feat for a car of such calibre. It is equipped with a 13.6-inch front and 12.8-inch brake rotor. The difference in the size, with a bigger front, is because the car is a front-wheel drive mechanism.

The engine is designed with an aluminium head and block. This provides a light but strong compartment in the engine. This is essential since we do not want to add unnecessary weight to the car which will further dampen the speed intended for the car to qualify as a sports version car.

Interior Design
There was an improvement in the interior here in the Sonata N-Line last year. It is mild but follows the usual Sedan style, unlike the Camry TRD which has the design matching the fast and furious vibe gives off.

It has its seats made with leather and suede, giving style and strength to the material used to cover the seat.

It has a 10.3-inch infotainment screen, equipped with the latest AI giving the best you can imagine, nothing better than an improvement. The car is also equipped with Bose premium audio system, giving a heavenly vibe when it comes to listening to car music, hearing every blend of sound in every music, every bass.

It is said to have been equipped also with a panoramic sunroof as well.

It has a rating of 8/10 for interior design .✔

Safety Features
Since it is a sports version car, it is important to improve the safety features to avoid accidents or lower the possibility while experiencing the full functionality of the car. Some of these include:

  • Forward collision avoidance(FCA) warning system.
  • Lane departure, Lane Keep Assist and Lane Follow Assist functions.
  • Dynamic brake support system.
  • Safe exit warning.
  • FCA-Pedestrian detection system.
  • Rear passenger alert.
  • Highway smart assist.
  • Rear-cross traffic collision system.
  • Driver attention warning.
  • Smart cruise control with a stop-and-go system.
  • Blind spot collision avoidance assist.

A rating of 8/10 is given for safety.✔

Price
It is pegged at Ghc 255,950, including car duty, a little affordable for its features.

Personal Comments and Remarks

I think this car should be given a consideration especially if you are a Hyundai person and prefer speed. Compared to the Elantra, the Sonata models are built for speed. This car rivals the Honda Accord so it should be not taken as a low grade car.

Okay so today we end another session of Car Xperience. Till next time, byeeeee.👋👋👋👋.
