Charleroi vs Anderlecht

More news in the Anderlecht soap this season as Franky Vercauteren was brought on board as the new coach while TD Arnesen was let down. It's clear by not that the plan to have Kompany as player/coach trying to play like Manchester City was a big fail. They started the season with some attractive performances without taking points because a combination of bad luck and naive play. This was followed by many matches against the stronger opponents and the injury of Kompany which totally crushed their self-confidence which came to a climax last week at home against last in the league Waasland. To me, it's not so much if Anderlecht will stand up but more when. Tonight away against Charleroi they will be without Davies or Vercauteren on the bench as De Roeck will take over as interim coach. The line-up seems a lot more solid compared to last week with Zulj who consistently has been the worst player and Lokonga will be back along with Vlap. For as far as Charleroi goes, they are one of the most annoying teams betting wise often playing bad but still winning. They showed the last couple of matches that they have trouble coming from behind and important player Ilaimaharitra is suspended for this match. Anderlecht as the +0 underdog honestly tempts me but for the wrong reasons which are that they will have to start winning at some point. This might turn out as an excellent match for live betting as it really can go both ways. No Pre-Game Bets
