Control life, change destiny
Indian yoga master Saguru once said: "if a person can master his four aspects in his own hands, he can change his destiny. Otherwise, everyone may be just a tool under his own set life blueprint. "
These four levels are body, energy, thought and emotion.
If we can understand and master these four aspects, we can control our life and change our destiny.

1、 Body level
With the increase of age, people's physical strength will continue to decline, so will their mental strength. Don't take your health for granted, take good care of it.
Moderate exercise and regular sweating are of great help to the metabolism and blood circulation of the body.
Relieving one's emotions can also make the body comfortable. Adequate sleep, healthy diet and moderate exercise are the iron triangle elements to ensure health.

2、 Energy level
It is suggested that you should take time to be alone, so that you can focus on the Dantian and try to store some energy there.
Regular exercise makes your muscles strong and your mental energy strong. When the energy is sufficient, it will attract what you want into your life.

3、 Thinking level
First of all, you need to get in touch with the right knowledge and view, and at the same time, you should always check whether the belief in your head is correct.
Release negative thoughts and don't be in the victim's and critic's mode of thinking. Once you become a victim of your own bad thinking, you will be troubled by many things in your life and feel unhappy and unfair.
In the moment of meditation, sit quietly with yourself and let yourself see many thoughts in your head every day. Which thoughts serve us and are beneficial to us? Which thoughts bring us joy and joy.
4、 Emotional level
The emotion you see is a manifestation of your inner energy. You can distance yourself from this emotion, not be taken away by it, and allow it to exist, and it will go soon. If you don't allow this emotion to penetrate and nourish it, it will be very difficult for you to use it.
You can also try to express your emotions, such as cathartic dynamic meditation, chakra breathing, dancing, yelling in nature, to vent the long-standing emotions.
If it's hard to feel your emotions, you can watch movies that touch your emotions and let them flow naturally with the plot of the movie. You can cry out the sadness and vent your anger by hitting the pillow. You can deeply feel the fear and let the emotions flow on you. You don't need to interfere and stop them. You can feel it on the physical level.
When our consciousness and body are intimately connected, the emotional energy will soon dissipate. A strong body will enhance mental energy, which will maintain vigorous vitality and combat effectiveness, so as to control your life and create the life state you want.
