Wild Bush Flowers Pollinators Love!!!
Hey everyone, at first glance it looks rather baron right? This is just the thing with nature it is soooo full of surprises and I love it. We are currently in Winter at the moment and generally the bees need to be fed at this time of the year, not in Pretoria however where I stay and this is why..
In the most obscure of places these beauties exist. Not only are they gorgeous they serve a very important purpose too, supplying nectar for my precious bees as well as many other insects that forage pollen and nectar.
We recently had a rather scary day where a bush fire broke out check more on that here https://steemit.com/nature/@craigcryptoking/crisis-averted
This is the firefighter we used to get the fire under control, once that was all done and dusted I took a closer look at these gorgeous bush flowers and they had a few nice surprises too.
Not only are they rather large and very pretty but make for great pictures especially when they have a few pretty visitors to feed!
I was so amazed to see these very pretty bush flowers not only growing but thriving in the middle of a vast field of wild grass, such a great feeling to know that more food existed in the area for my bees to forage and forage they do.
Not sure what these are called if anyone can shed light on this matter that would be much appreciated!
Nature the incredible, trust you have a magic week further
Cheer$;)
I know I would be interested in knowing what they are called. Interesting how they just popup in the fields!
Never seen them before brother never knew they existed and I have spent some time in the bush, very interesting indeed ;) Cheer$;)
