HOW ONE'S TALENT IS VERY MUCH HELPFUL IN PROMOTING STEEMIT? | MY TALENT IN DRAWING IS THE KEY TO INSPIRE THE UNTALENTED INDIVIDUALS
Good day Steem Schools community! I am here to share my Artwork Tutorial and inspire those minds who once thought that they are untalented. Even with the simplest brush strokes, you can be creative in your own way.
If you are wondering why I'm using UNTALENTED for my title's content, I chose it as it's my target in showcasing this watercolor painting tutorial with quick and easy techniques to learn. In this way, I can promote steemit to others especially for those people who didn't believe in their self yet has a lot of potentials or an ability to create pieces that the world needs to see. I want to motivate those minds and boost their confidence because you should never let your self down just because someone didn't appreciate your work or they didn't see the beauty of your creativity.
To share a short story of mine, I've been experienced being criticized where someone make fun of my drawings. Since I was in primary, I really like participating drawing contests because my mom inspires me to and I'm not bragging but I always won the contest. But when I got in High School, the environment became different. There comes a time that my work will get compared to others and laugh at it. Honestly, I felt bad. But not for myself, for them. Because I knew that every one of us has different techniques and we knew where we are good or comfortable at. So let us not allow their ignorance to take down the talent and ambition we have.
As one of the advocates of steemit, I highly want to find my purpose here by being an inspiration to get yourselves out from that box and showcase the talent you have. Let's grow together in this platform and develop our creativity day by day in posting/sharing our interesting contents where we are good at! Whatever the outcome is, I will still find a way to help the untalented minds and find their soul.
In this Untalented Artwork 2.2 of mine, I have this subject entitled "Zing".
STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURE
In a blank paper, I draw first the subject`s face and hair using pencil.
Next is her eyes, nose and mouth to complete her face.
I added little touch of mole to add an aura in her portrait.
Then continue on drawing her hair longer and bouncy extra strands.
When done, start to paint her hair with lighter color of blue as first base.
Slowly add another touch of blue until reach darker.
Stroke the brush with daker blue-colored paint like you are drawing curvy lines to make her hair bouncy and flowy.
When done with the hair, apply watercolor that maches your skintone. Use light brown for countouring.
I added violet-colored watercolor on her hair and eyes by the way. I swear, these two matched!
Afterwards, use pen to add details. This is my most favorite part because I can really see the difference from just applying water color.
Add details on her face, neck and hair. Make sure to add extra details on her hair so it will look thick and flowy.
To see the Zing, pain koi figures using blue and violet paint shades. Then add strokes of green for the background to bring the color and feeling of Zing.
Lastly, add more strokes of color to add energy.
And done! Here's the final look of my 2.2 Untalented Artwork 2.2.
Here are some of the closer shot for the details.
In creating art works, you don't nee much more talent just to be called "Talented". In fact, all you need is CONFIDENCE. Be proud with your creations because in day by day that you are practicing it, you will get better and get time to discover your own techniques. And an ability to share your very own ideas as well. :)
That's it! I hope this Zing -watercolor painting tutorial got you and thank you for stopping by.
You do really have a good perspective. Keep it up! 👐
Thank you very much!
