Всім привіт. Радий вітати всіх своїх читачів та тих, хто випадково потрапив до мого блогу. Останній час я переважно пишу про різні власні думки чи ситуації з життя. Передивляючись фото з фотоархіву, я знайшов ось це фото, яке змусило мене задуматись над тим, як протікає моє життя.

Hello everybody. Glad to greet all my readers and those who accidentally came across my blog. Lately, I've mostly been writing about different thoughts or situations in my life. Looking at the photo from the photo archive, I found this photo, which made me think about how my life is going.

Тепер про думки, що розбудило в мені це фото. Це літо я з родиною свідомо не планували їхати на море. Однією з головних причин являються плани придбати житло на наступний рік, для цього доводиться трішки економити, щоб мінімізувати об'єм кредитування, який напевно я буду вимушений брати. З самого початку, я зовсім не планував брати хоч якийсь відсоток необхідної суми на придбання житла в кредит, розуміючи що переплати дуже-дуже кусаються. Але, сину вже 4 роки, і через 2 роки йому йти до школи, а це ще та затратна справа, яка потребує не менш відповідального ставлення. Тому, купівля житла оптимальна саме в наступному році ближче до літку, щоб встигнути зробити відповідні підготування.

Now about the thoughts that aroused this photo in me. This summer my family and I deliberately did not plan to go to sea. One of the main reasons is the plans to buy a home next year, for this I have to save a little to minimize the amount of credit, which I will probably have to take. From the beginning, I did not plan to take at least some percentage of the required amount to purchase a home on credit, realizing that overpayments are very, very biting. But, my son is already 4 years old, and in 2 years he has to go to school, and this is another expensive business that requires no less responsible attitude. Therefore, buying a home is optimal next year closer to the summer to have time to make appropriate preparations.

Якщо припустити, що я продав всі активи що маю в криптосвіті, в мене вже було б біля 85% від запланованого мінімуму на купівлю будинку. АЛЕ, те ROI що отримую від активного використання своїх активів значно перевищуватиме навіть космічні відсотки від кредитної позики, що я розглядаю на даний момент. Тому, мої активи поки залишаються активами і найближчий час я не збираюсь активно обмінювати їх на FIAT (гроші в звичному розумінні).

Assuming I have sold all the assets I have in the crypto world, I would already have about 85% of the planned minimum to buy a house. BUT, the ROI I get from actively using my assets will be much higher than even the cosmic interest on the loan I am currently considering. Therefore, my assets still remain assets and in the near future I am not going to actively exchange them for FIAT (money in the usual sense).

Інша думка, що виникла в мене в голові, це те, що цього року я з сім'єю майже не відвідува жодних водойм. Тому на ближчі плани - поїздка до Кума в Чернігів, щоб вперше відвідати голубі озера. Маю надію, вода там буде значно частіше за воду в Дніпрі. Але для цього, потрібно приділити значну увагу власному автомобілю, який я не обслуговував з початку року, впевнений що мій автомобіль на це заслуговую. На рахунок автомобіля спробую розповісти в наступному дописі, там також, ще та цікава історія склалась.

Another thought that came to my mind was that this year my family and I hardly visit any water bodies. Therefore, in the near future - a trip to Kum in Chernihiv to visit the "blue lakes" for the first time. I hope the water there will be much more frequent than the water in the Dnieper. But for this, me need to pay a lot of attention to your own car, which I have not serviced since the beginning of the year, I'm sure my car deserves it. At the expense of the car I will try to tell in the next post, there interesting story has developed.

Остання, найбільш приємна думка про те, що з 3 серпня я йду в відпустку. Це означає, що я матиму майже місяць вільного часу, який я в першу чергу хочу присвятити відпочинку, і лише потім справам, клопотам та бажанням оточуючих, яких чомусь з'являється все більше і більше пропорційно кількості мого вільного часу :) Цю відпустку я присвячую собі улюбленому :) Дякую всім за терпіння та увагу!!!

The last, most pleasant thought is that from August 3 I am going on vacation. This means that I will have almost a month of free time, which I want to dedicate first of all to rest, and only then to the affairs, worries and desires of others, which for some reason appear more and more in proportion to my free time :) I dedicate this vacation to myself :) Thank you all for your patience and attention !!!
