Machine Learning with Scikit-Learn - [Part 36]

In this machine learning tutorial we're going to go into another method of preprocessing called mean removal. This is also known as standardization.

Mean removal is used on the feature vector when we want to center it around 0; and we do this to remove bias from the data. Same as in the previous tutorial we're gonna use a dummy dataset and we're gonna apply mean removal to it.

First we're gonna apply the mean and standard deviation onto the dataset to observe how it looks before doing the procedure. Then we're gonna remove the mean and look at the dataset again and notice the differences. If you want to follow along with the code, please see the full tutorial in the video below:
