Steemit Crypto Academy Contest Season 1 Week 2 [Summary] - Reviewing Centralized Exchanges.

Hello Steemians, we have concluded the 2nd week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge in Crypto Academy. We will like to appreciate everyone who took part in this contest. The challenge aimed at increasing the activities in Steemit by engaging users to interact with each other through valuable comments and curation. Week 2 of the contest ran 2nd of May 2022, to the 8th of May, 2022.

The Steemit engagement challenge involves a contest hosted across seven communities on Steemit. The contest is aimed at rewarding users who have shown commitment to the platform through engagement and outstanding performance. Steemit Crypto Academy is opportune to be one of the communities chosen for this engagement challenge.

In the second week of the contest, users were required to discuss their understanding of centralized exchanges and also discuss their favorite centralized exchange. The engagement was encouraging with over 145 participants taking part in the contest. We are pleased with the quality of posts submitted and also the interaction of the participants through valuable comments.

Rating and Results

At the end of the 2nd week, we had 145 entries. The distribution is as follows:

• 127 Valid entries.
• 17 Invalid entries.
• 1 Plagiarised/Spun content.

9% of the users scored above 9 while 62% scored between 6 and 8.9. Also, 7% scored an average score of 5 while 9% scored below average. Furthermore, only 1 plagiarised content was filtered in the 2nd week. The team will keep making efforts to ensure that plagiarised content is filtered in the academy.

The average score of the users is 6.5277. The grade dispersion can see shown in the scattered plot below.

The table below shows the best 3 users who were outstanding in the contest. This selection was based on the quality of posts submitted and also their engagement and interactions with other users. This spot is open for everyone on merit and we will hope to see users compete for this position every week.
