Steemit Crypto Academy Contest Season 1 Week 3 [Summary] - Blockchain through the Concepts

We extend warm greetings to the Steemit Crypto Academy community and the entire populace of Steemit. The third week of the engagement challenge has ended and the fourth is running already. This article is aimed to give you the statistics of how things went in the community last week which would give a summary of participation.

The contest theme for the third week is blockchain through the concepts, which seeks to see users picking their favorite concepts as related to the blockchain and write a few things on it which includes a brief explanation of the concept, its importance, alternatives, improvements, and others. Many participants did great to come up with great articles on the concepts.

Some of the concepts chosen by the participants are Decentralization, Consensus mechanism, Forks, Cryptography, Decentralized exchange and so on. While some did great justice to the context, some performed below expectation, like omitting parts of the questions asked, shallowly attending to the tasks, and so on. You should give your all to the contests in the Crypto Academy subsequently. With no further delay, let's see the ratings and results.

For the third week of the engagement challenge in our community, a total of 137 entries were received (2 users removed their tags after being caught in the act of plagiarism). Let's see the breakdown of the entries below.

From the performance image above, good scores dominated with 30% followed by very good scores with 25%. Out of the total entries, only 9% made it to the excellent realm, average articles covered 6% while below-average articles took a space of 13. Plagiarized and invalid entries are of 7% and 10% respectively.

We have chosen the top 3 articles in the community, these articles are selected based on merits, engagements, and participation in all other 6 communities. There are a few articles that scored high but couldn't fulfill other requirements we are considering, out of numerous, 3 of the total entries stand out having been able to satisfy all conditions.
