toddler wants to ride a bicycle

My nephew is trying to ride the bicycle of her "ate" (the word ate is a tagalog word, ''ate'' meaning as an elder sister).
His name is Charles dominique a three year old boy. he is very cute.
Everytime he saw her''ate" is riding her bicycle he told that i want to ride too, her ate says your to young to try this,you cannot step your feet into the footstep on bicycle. Little boy asked he borrowed the bike and he pushing it. He was enjoying of pushing the bike.. :)
