I clicked the link for the exchange but it just says "loading", has been like that for minutes now.
Its either your connection or you need to sync your computer clock.

Your link was openledger.io. The issue is definitely not my connection. What clock would I have to sync mine to? I have the correct local time right now on my clock, maybe not to the second but to the minute should be right.
