Dear Diary: I Was Contemplating What Fruit To Eat With My Meals

I just cannot eat much without a sweet fruit on the side to help me eat because as I go along with my eating I get bored with the taste because of my appetite loss issue so I need to break this tiredness of my taste buds with something sweet like a fruit.

I could use a cold sweet drink but it will just make me fill up fast and I will not be able to eat a lot so having a fruit will not only give me fiber and nutrients but it will also help me finish up my food. Often it is just a struggle finishing up on my meals because my parents just couldn't come up with a different dish and I end up feeling just "forced to eat" into what ever is in my table.

But indeed I have seen and experienced that having a fruit on my side during my meal time except for breakfast makes me at least go near my calorie needs in a day so I will for now onwards I will seek and know about whatever fruit that is in season (now is the mango season) and purchase it for my daily meals so I could eat better.

Just to buttress the fact that one cannot overemphasize on the importance of fruits in nutritional diets and source of appetite, I too I'm forced to consume at least four different fruits per week.
But all the same I'd like to say that some fruits can serve as a sound meal. I wish you the best of fruits esp @guava and also, I wish you well fellow steemian.

How good that in so much discomfort, you adapt or incorporate elements that help you eat better.

mango mmm fruit rich and nutritious, but I am afraid that when eating this fruit so divine you will not want to eat anything else.

There are plenty of mangoes in my country. If I could I will send some for you. But you have to eat according to your physician's advice. That would be better for you. We know same menu is bored for everyone.

Try to use the mixture of fruit(Fruit Salad).so may be it will helpful it look taste

Any kind of fruits gives us nutritious and keep yourself fit and healthy.
