I Could Use A More Peaceful Environment To Live Into 🔇🔕☮🛏
All it takes is one puppy to ruin my sleep and I am just furious about the puppy who is making noises and is bothering my sleep, so now in two consecutive days I wasn't able to sleep better. It is quite stressful and adds pain to my body and metal health. Of course if you do not get some sleep you will really get crazy literally. That is why during the years that I am suffering from severe insomnia I will not really get up from bed until I had a little nap-like sleep.
I had used various ways for me to get some help in getting sleep which are sleeping pills. They are not really that helpful and are only good for a short-term because they would lose effectiveness after sometime plus you will get addicted if not just lose some money because they are expensive.
Sleeping pills doesn't really give you a restful sleep, they just make your brain go blank and you may able to sleep but will not dream unless you are able to sleep for longer and at the later hours of your sleep only you can dream as the efficacy of the sleeping pills wears off.
So that is why I am not using sleeping pills but Gabapentin only because of its better sleeping benefits for me which i value because it makes my mind more clearer and also helps me with some of my pains which is really crucial for me to at least help me bear things that ails me night and day.
If I would get the chance I would like to live in a more peaceful environment or maybe at least make my room more sound-proof so that nothing coming from the outside would bother me when I am resting. There are so many noises that is around me because I live in a very noisy place as I live beside a road where vehicles, people, and dogs really are the number 1 sources of bothersome noises.
I really could not see myself living somewhere else because I had been living here in my house for so many years now and even though I might not be able to go out from the house I will still make an adjustment if I were to change a place to live into. But still I needed some place where I just want the singing of the birds and the rustling of the branches and leaves of the trees as the only things that would produce sounds.
Is the photo of your puppy if so he is still very young but getting a good nights sleep is definitely a top priority when fighting pain. Moving him to the back of the house is a good idea. Good luck.
The Puppy is barking at the Feral cats and the dogs , people, and cars on the road. @willowisp so I guess relocating the pup at night time would do me a favor, I will just ask my father to do it.
