I Have Zero Appetite Anymore

Everytime I would eat I will just allow my mother to spoon-fed me because I have the disgust for food. It is caused by an added dose of Cinacalcet that I am taking, it way take away the deep-rooted pain in the coming months but it causes me to lose interest in eating.

Every mouthful of food is a struggle to swallow, it helps when I am sipping some sweet liquids, it allows me to flush whatever is in my mouth but I can never indulge in liquids because it makes me get waterlogged faster that is why eating now is a major issue for me.

I just have to endure these things some more until I am well enough to go to the next stage of my effort to get rid of this drug in my system. That is if I am able to get that Parathyroidectomy because this is something that I should not be living with, a day after day of no desire to eat and obviously no sane person would want that.

The good thing is that I have managed to take down the Parathyroid hormone pump in my system considerably and I think it will continue to go down as long as I stick to my medicine therapy which is very hard considering the fact that my medicines burns my pockets.

I just thank God that at least I have a set of people I can lean on with these turbulent times of my life, the steem community and of course without the blessings of God to my efforts none of my plans would work. But I am still seeing a light of hope that I can get better soon with my pain issues, deformity of my face and backbone, and my appetite.

Now I am a bit full with water so it adds to the hardship of eating. My mother would say for me to just eat even a little because right now I am taking antibiotics and my Parathyroid medicine as well as my phosphate binder. Now I can last until tomorrow and I just hope to be scheduled at an earlier time.
